Troy Helming is currently the CEO and Founder of EarthGrid.  He is a visionary entrepreneur, innovator and clean energy pioneer.  He has founded two other companies, TradeWind Energy and Pristine Sun.  TradeWind has generated more than $10 billion of economic impact to date and was the #1 Wind Developer in the USA in 2017.  Pristine Sun has so far built over 350 solar projects totalling $1 billion in market value including many high profile projects such as the largest floating solar project award in North America.Troy is the author of a 2005 book entitled The Clean Power Revolution.  He has invented two technologies that have led to over 40 clean energy patent claims and has multiple patents pending on an innovative floating solar system.  He is also the inventor of the Red Gopher, a revolutionary robotic tunneling technology used in EarthGrid of which he is the CEO.
